Peter formed Ashridge in 1981 after a career in civil engineering with national and regional contractors. His role is one of leadership, direction and motivation to guide the Company through its strategic growth in existing and new areas of work.

Chris is Company Secretary and a founding director of Ashridge in 1981. Her role is to oversee the financial control, strategy and growth of the business.

Operations & Commercial Manager

David joined Ashridge in 2003 after 14 years working for both regional and national civil engineering contractors. As Operations & Commercial Manager David is responsible for the smooth operation of all Ashridge commercial activities including the Estimating, Buying & Operations teams.

Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager

Dave joined Ashridge in 2002 as Company Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Manager. His role is to provide leadership and advice on all HSEQ issues and to ensure that the Company Integrated Management System of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 is fully implemented enabling Ashridge to deliver projects which are first class in quality, safety performance and environmental compliance.
