We are proud to have had our commitment to Health & Safety recognised in May 2008 with the Norwich Union Trophy for the best SME in the UK. To qualify for the Trophy, Ashridge won the RoSPA Gold Medal for achieving six consecutive RoSPA Gold Achievement Awards. In March 2010 Ashridge was awarded with a 4th consecutive RoSPA Gold Medal Award. The Gold Medal is presented to companies who achieve 5 consecutive Gold Achievement Awards.  This award is in fact the 8th consecutive Gold Achievement Award for Ashridge.

In May 2010, Ashridge won the British Safety Council's International Safety Award, for the eighth consecutive year.  This award is presented to companies who can show their accident statistics are better than the national average.

Ashridge has also attained an integrated quality system of ISO9001:2000, ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement.
