Car Park and Park & Ride Schemes
Ashridge schemes have catered for a variety of car park capacities and car park facilities. We undertake the building and passenger waiting areas, incorporating the latest technology within the amenity building.  Urban regeneration has evolved dealing with varying ground conditions and traffic flows.

Drainage, Sewers & Culverts
We are experienced in carrying out work in difficult ground conditions and are approved on the UVBD database.

Enabling Works
This type of work is usually programme critical and with our own operatives and site management we are ideally positioned to respond to our clients' requests.

Earthworks
We use the most cost-effective methods to carry out earthworks operations on our sites, where possible using our own plant resources. Re-use and recycling of materials is always considered.

Road construction
Projects have been carried out on both green and brown field sites undertaking all preparatory works eg soil cleansing, 278 works with their impact fully understood by our site management teams.

Associated Buildings
Ashridge has experience in buildings as diverse as high-tech park & ride passenger facilities to warehouses. These have often been constructed on difficult sites, being either in sensitive rural areas or on brown field sites close to adjoining properties.

Design & Build
Together with our specialist design partners, we advocate Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to understand constraints associated with services and traffic flow and identify innovative solutions and value engineering gains.
