OXFORD SCIENCE PARK - Another successfully completed project was at Oxford Science Park where work was undertaken in two main phases.
First was the extension and reconfiguration of the existing Heatley Road around a new plot to join another existing road. This included associated earthworks, drainage, street lighting and infrastructure services.
The reprofiling of the existing site followed as a second phase. This needed to accomodate a new master plan and icnluded cut & fill to create plot profiles, disposal of unacceptable material and revision to and creation of landscaping bunds.
